Adjusts the orientation of a polygonal feature, a surface or the direction of a linear feature.

The opposite is true whenLeft hand rule是specified. When theLeft hand rule是specified, the feature's outer boundary vertices are in a counterclockwise order and the holes have a clockwise ordering.
