Hi,
I am trying to split multipatch objects by height and I am not sure how to do that in FME.The multipatches are buildings and each building has attribution embedded including Height(z value).I am trying to split the building into individual floors by using Height?
I tried different transformers in FME but none really worked and I am not sure what parameters to change within that.
I believe transforming each object into solid and then splitting the floors by height would be a solution.However, I need some help understanding which is best to use.
Can anyone please help me/advise me on what would work best in this case?Should I convert the multipatches into a different 3D format(e.g CAD) that can deal with z splitting?

Not so sure about it but I would first try a fan out using the height info and other attributes that are specific for each floor.
