I definitely agree with you on this - I think the wording can be misleading.Perhaps post this as an idea?

I believe the form has some misleading text on it:

Perhaps it should be "Type the title/subject of you question" and the second text box should have "Type the content of the question".
I am not sure if the software provides the flexibility to do so.
