@natalieatsafe, regarding the forum: I just joined and posted a question.It has been "This post is currently awaiting moderation. If you believe this to be in error, contact a system administrator. My email has been validated. How long does it take? Is this the regular flow? ... always wait for someone to approve a question? It would be nice to also cover this. Further, I don't see a link or way to contact the "system administrator", also a useful tip to include. Cheers.
