Uninstalling

Things to Consider

在卸载之前FME Flow, keep in mind the following:

• Before you upgrade to a newer version ofFME Flow, seeUpgrading FME Flowfor instructions on backing up your existing configuration. You must uninstall any previous versions ofFME Flowbefore installing an upgrade.
• UninstallingFME Flowremoves the contents of your Tomcat directory if you installed the default Web Application Server. This folder is located in theFME Flowinstallation directory underUtilities\tomcat. If you made custom modifications to this Tomcat, these modifications should be backed up before uninstall.
• Uninstalling removes the configuration of the following components, but does not uninstall them. If reinstalling or performing an upgrade, these components are reused and reconfigured:
  • The PostgreSQLFME Flow Database, if applicable.
  • The NGINX reverse proxy.

To Uninstall:

Ensure thatFME Flow,FME FlowApplication Server, or other Web Application servers areshut downbefore proceeding.

Run theuninstall.shscript in theFME Flowinstallation directory. To ensure that everything gets uninstalled, run this script as root.
