Triangulator

Breaks an input geometry into triangular units or a mesh.

ForAreageometries,such as Polygons and Donuts,the triangulation is performed with respect to the X-Y plane.

ForSurfaceandSolidgeometries,such as Faces,the triangulation is performed with respect to the normal direction of each surface.

Ellipses and Arc segments are stroked into linear equivalents in this transformer.

Output Ports

• Triangulated features are output through theTrianglesport
• Triangulated mesh geometries are output through theTINSurfaceport.
• Unprocessed geometries are output through theUntouchedport.

Editing Transformer Parameters
