Specifies the name of an existing Bentley Microstation Design Cell file that will be used by the transformer as a source for cell names. It is not used by the actual Design writer – the cell library file must be specified in the writer’s parameters and should contain the same cell names as the file specified here. Most often, the same file will be used in both the transformer and the writer. Further note that if no cells are to be used, then this parameter can be left blank.
